Her by Chloe provides a broad range of free and paid content and takes care to ensure the quality of that content. However, it is the responsibility of the user to assess the relevance of this information in relation to their own situation. We retain your personal information solely to allow us to send you newsletters and content from Her by Chloe. The personal information we collect consists only of your first name, last name, and email address, which you provide voluntarily when you wish to receive free or paid material. This information is never shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.

Server infrastructure

Our server infrastructure is provided by Vercel and is currently based in the United States. All our servers and applications run the same security protocols used by banks to transmit financial data.

Payments

All payments are processed through Podia and Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Please refer to Podia's and Stripe's respective privacy policies for information on how your payment data is handled.

Cookies

You are informed that cookies may be installed on your browser. In all cases you are free to delete cookies from your browser at any time. This website uses only cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
