Coaching and sessions
Coaching sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call. By booking a session you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Digital products
All digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.
Courses and programs
Refund policies for specific courses and programs are outlined on the individual product pages. Where a satisfaction guarantee is offered, the specific conditions will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
